Orange And Liberty Township Voters Approve Fire Levies

Fire service will apparently continue as normal in two Delaware county townships after voters approved new levies on Tuesday. Voters in Orange and Liberty townships approved the levies, after more-costly levies failed in both townships in November. Orange Township officials warned they may have to shut down the fire department entirely without a levy. The Orange Township levy was originally kicked off the ballot because township officials missed a filing deadline by two minutes.
