Marion County Sheriff Investigates Fatal Police Involved Shooting

Marion County sheriff deputies say they fatally shot a man who pointed a gun at them. Deputies killed the man at a mobile home park. The unidentified man reportedly had a rifle and was firing shots into the air when deputies responded to a domestic dispute between the man and his girlfriend. He was shot after refusing to drop his gun. He died later at a hospital.
