Franklin County Prosecutor Ron OâBrien says one of three men charged with murdering a Dublin gas station employee has changed his plea to guilty. 18-year-old Austin Cusey entered his guilty plea at a hearing in connection with the death of Mohamed Hassan, age 46, at a Dublin Sunoco gas station. Cusey also pleaded guilty for his involvement in a Max and Ermaâs robbery in Dublin and to the theft of 97 guns from a gun range in Powell. All three crimes occurred in February. âHe could get up to life without parole plus 74 years on the various crimes,â? says OâBrien. Sentencing is scheduled for December 3rd.
