Sunoco Murder Suspect Changes Plea To Guilty

Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien says one of three men charged with murdering a Dublin gas station employee has changed his plea to guilty. 18-year-old Austin Cusey entered his guilty plea at a hearing in connection with the death of Mohamed Hassan, age 46, at a Dublin Sunoco gas station. Cusey also pleaded guilty for his involvement in a Max and Erma’s robbery in Dublin and to the theft of 97 guns from a gun range in Powell. All three crimes occurred in February. “He could get up to life without parole plus 74 years on the various crimes,â€? says O’Brien. Sentencing is scheduled for December 3rd.
