Voters Opposed To School Levies Are "Cutting Their Own Throats"

Tuesday’s special election was a bad time for Ohio schools to try to pass a tax levy. 25 of the 35 levies before Ohio voters failed. The right-leaning Buckeye Institute think tank calls the vote a message that voters remain unconvinced that schools have made needed reforms.
