Hilliard-Area Crash Kills One Teenager, Injures Four Others

The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office confirms a sophomore from Hilliard Bradley High School was killed and four other teens were injured in a car accident late Wednesday. Police say 15-year-old David Phillips III was a passenger in the vehicle and was ejected as the car flipped in a field near the intersection of Amity and Beach Roads in Brown Township. The other four were treated at local hospitals for what were considered non life-threatening injuries.
