The state of Ohio tells electric companies that every year they must get a growing share of their energy from renewable sources like wind and solar power. By 2025, green sources are supposed to make up 12.5 per cent of each companyâs power. Now, as part of a major energy policy package, Ohio legislators are considering tinkering with the definition of renewable energy.
