Should Public Broadcasters Run Political Underwriting Messages?

A federal appeals court in California has ruled the ban on political advertising on non-commercial broadcast stations is unconstitutional.  The decision likely will be appealed and any political underwriting on stations like WOSU is a long way off, if it happens at all.  What do you think? Should public broadcasters run paid political underwriting messages.
