Proposed Limitations On Workers Comp. Divide Statehouse

Administrators of Ohio’s workers compensation program says it’s made a lot of progress in recent years: workplaces are generally safe, workers are getting incentives to improve their own health, and premiums that businesses pay to fund the program have been cut while benefits have not. But some problems continue. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports administrators with the Bureau of Workers Compensation are working with majority Republicans in the legislature to make changes that Democrats call an attack on injured workers.
