Fire Officials Suspect Arson In Delaware County Barn Fires

Fire officials in Delaware county are investigating three barn fires this morning. Fire officials say three barns are  destroyed. The barns are all near the intersection of State Route 605 and Woodtown Road in Genoa Township east of Hoover Reservoir. Genoa Township Deputy Fire Chief Joe Ponzi says the fires "almost certainly have to be connected," although he could not provide a motive. No injuries to property owners or livestock have been reported.
