Stabbing Suspect Appears In Court, Sent Back To Jail

A judge has ordered a $5 million bond for the suspect in the stabbing of four people in a downtown Columbus office building. John Mallett appeared in Franklin County Municipal Court this morning on charges he injured four people in the East Gay Street incident two weeks ago before being shot by police. He was released from the hospital and jailed Wednesday. Mallett's next hearing is scheduled for April 6 to determine if the case should go to a grand jury.
