Ohio A.G. Appealing Execution Stay

Ohio is appealing a federal judge's order that blocks an execution scheduled for next week. Judge Gregory Frost says at the last lethal injection in November, prison staffers did not follow a new protocol checklist they themselves had created. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports that Attorney General Mike DeWine says whatever failures might have happened don't justify blocking the next execution.
