A.G. DeWine Applauds Supreme Court Hearing Health Care Challenge

Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine is applauding the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to hear a challenge to new federal health care mandates. The court announced their plans Monday morning. The case set to be heard next February or March relates to a decision from a Georgia appeals court that ruled the Affordable Care Act unconstitutional. It it sticks to its normal schedule, the court would likely release a decision in June during the middle of the 2012 presidential campaign. On his first day in office, DeWine authorized Ohio to join 25 other states in challenging the new health care mandates.
