Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney is changing his position on Issue 2, the fall referendum on Ohioâs new collective bargaining law. Earlier this week in Cincinnati, the Republican presidential candidate said he didnât have a position on limiting the bargaining power of public employee unions. Speaking in Virginia on Wednesday, Romney clarified his stance on Issue 2. "I'm sorry if I created any confusion in that regard. I fully support Governor Kasich and what I think is called 'Question 2' in Ohio. I fully support that," Romney said. Romneyâs new position came on the same as a new independent poll saying he now trails Herman Cain in the Ohio GOP field.
