Columbus Police say the 15-year-old boy shot in the head on a crowded street at Easton Town Center last weekend has died at Children's Hospital.
Police say Andrake Kelley was shot by his 16-year-old brother Andrew Kelley during a scuffle outside Easton's Apple Store last Saturday. The shooting was initially reported to be accidental, but police say the Franklin County Prosecutor's Office will now consider changing a felonious assault charge to murder.
