Franklin County prosecutors have indicted a man in what they're calling the first known aggravated vehicular homicide while texting case.
Prosecutors say, last July, Daniel Jacobs was sending a text message while driving on Interstate 270 when his car drifted into the right shoulder and collided with another vehicle, killing 16-year-old Daniel Ludwig and injuring his driving instructor.
