For the first time, the state's top public safety official is speaking out about the claims made about the decision to call off an operation involving a suspicious package that an inmate's wife was planning to drop off at the Governor's Residence in January.
Ohio Public Radio's Karen Kasler talked one-on-one with the safety director, on the eve of her testimony to a Senate committee investigating the incident.
