Former Ohio Attorney General to Appear Friday in Arraignment Court

The Franklin County Prosecutor says former Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann is scheduled to appear tomorrow in the arraignment courtroom in Franklin County Municipal Court. Ron O'Brien says an Ohio Ethics Commission investigation of Dann has ended

Dann resigned his office two years ago following a sexual harassment scandal. An investigation has been underway since that time.
