Governor Ted Strickland Friday toured a small high-tech company in Columbus and said it was a perfect example of why Ohioans should okay state issue 1 on the May ballot.
That's the proposed renewal of the Third Frontier Program, which lets the state borrow hundreds of millions of dollars and hand it to companies that appear poised to expand and create a lot of jobs. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
