Delinquent Utility Customers Charged More To Reconnect.

State regulators have allowed gas and electric utilities to increase the price they charge to reconnect service - by 80%. That's a fee that hit more than 347,000 Ohioans last year. Utilities are defending the increase, but critics say it's coming at the wrong time for people who are already suffering.
