A statewide survey of physicians shows the recession is having a significant impact on doctors and patients alike.
The Ohio State Medical Association survey says nearly three-fourths of doctors have seen a decline in the number of patient visits over the past nine months. Nine out of 10 doctors reported an increase in the number of patients losing their insurance or otherwise having problems paying their medical bill.
