Ohio Tuitition Freeze is a Casualty of Recession

A tuition freeze at Ohio's two-year community colleges and four-year state universities is dead.

It's a casualty of the recession AND a new, slimmer state budget that Ohio lawmakers are agreeing on. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen reports.
