Supermarket Owners Upset With Anti-Poverty Group.

For 3 years now, Ohio grocers have been battling in court against the state's new "commercial activities tax." They're arguing that forcing them to pay the new "cat tax" on the food they sell is unconstitutional, and the supermarket owners are especially upset at one particular group for opposing them on this issue --- advocates for the poor.
