A newly seated jury is set to visit the family home where prosecutors say an Ohio teen shot his identical twin brother to death during a robbery.
Nineteen-year-old Derris Lewis has pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder, aggravated robbery and kidnapping in the January 2008 attack that killed his brother, Dennis.
Opening statements are expected to begin in Columbus later Tuesday, following the crime scene tour. The jury was selected yesterday.
The twins' mother told police that several masked men entered her house and shot Dennis after holding her at gunpoint.
But police say there is no evidence of multiple attackers and that Derris Lewis acted alone. He faces a maximum of life in prison if convicted.
