Ohio Lawmakers Sworn In with Dismal Economy as Backdrop

With a sinking economy as the backdrop, the 128th session of the Ohio General Assembly Monday opened in Columbus.

For many of the lawmakers, it's a NEW job....and with a growing budget shortfall, it promises to be a FRUSTRATING job.
