Ohio's Attorney General is warning Ohioans to read the fine print when they go shop back to school sales.In an interview with Ohio Public Radio's Jo Ingles, Nadine Ballard with the A-G's office explains some sales are not always bargains. Ballard says customers should also look to see whether there's a restocking fee on an item if it's returned. She says that fee can cost customers up to 20 percent of the purchase price if the original packaging has been removed.
