Columbus gay rights leader speaks about California's decision to allow same-sex marriages

California makes the second state in the nation to allow same-sex couples the right to marry after its state Supreme Court reversed a state ban on gay marriage. WOSU spoke with the executive director of Stonewall Columbus, Karla Rothan. Stonewall Columbus is a gay, lesbian, transgender and bi-sexual advocacy group. Rothan said Ohio's Constitutional Marriage Amendment will have to be repealed before Ohio's gay and lesbian couples can share the same joy.
