Top Lawmakers Move on Independent Probe of Attorney General

The leaders of the Ohio legislature say they expect to pass a bill in both the House and Senate in the coming days that will enable an independent investigation of Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann.

The leaders want Inspector General Tom Charles to conduct a broad investigation into sexual harassment and other problems in Dann's office.
