Voucher Proposal Passed by Senate Unlikely to Become Law

In the Ohio legislature, state senators have approved a proposal, offering vouchers to parents of children with mental or physical disabilities. The measure makes it possible for parents to switch their children from public schools to private schools. Most members of the Ohio House also like the idea. But it's not likely to become law.
