Three aides have been forced out of their jobs in Ohio Attorney General Marc Dann's office over a sexual harassment scandal.
One of them is Anthony Gutierrez, an aide to Dann who was accused by two women he supervised of making unwanted come-ons. An investigation released today concluded that he violated harassment policy.
The investigation also says Dann showed poor judgment for inviting one of the women for pizza and drinks at an apartment that he shared with Gutierrez. The report says arrangements should have been made to take her home when it was apparent she was intoxicated.
Also fired was Dann's communications chief Leo Jennings who is accused of trying to get a witness to lie under oath. investigators say Edgar Simpson, Dann's policy chief, was forced to resign for failing to address inappropriate behavior.
