Columbus police say they won't file criminal charges against an aide to Attorney General Marc Dann who has been accused of sexual harassment.

Cindy Stankoski, 26, has alleged that Anthony Gutierrez, 50, harassed her while she was at a townhouse apartment where he lived with Dann and a third man.

Another woman, Vanessa Stout,26, has also accused Gutierrez of sexually harassing her. Gutierrez has been placed on paid leave.

In a press release, Columbus police say they interviewed Stankoski and her attorney on Friday. Investigators later determined there is no evidence that criminal acts took place and no criminal charges will be filed.
