Ohio Tobacco Money On Hold

The Ohio Tobacco Prevention Foundation is not willing to give the governor and legislative leaders millions of dollars to help fund a $1.5 billion economic stimulus package. Foundation spokesman David Rummel says the organization is also asking for assistance from the state attorney general

The foundation board voted to transfer $190 million from its $270 million to three health organizations to use for education efforts.
