Newark attorney Scott Torguson says some apartment residents are being caught up in the foreclosure crisis.
Torguson is a staff attorney with the Southeast Ohio Legal Services office in Newark. He says it is possible tenants will find themselves evicted with little or no warning.
Torguson says tenants should know that if they have not been served with a notice of foreclosure, whoever buys the property still must evict them through the normal eviction process.
