Ohio Troops Say They'll Cast Ballots From Kuwait For New Commander-in-Chief.

149 members of the Ohio National Guard gathered at a far east side church today. The Army reserve troops are beginning a year-long deployment to Kuwait where they'll provide support to U-S forces in southern Iraq. The send-off occurs just as the U-S begins selecting a new President and commander-in chief. W-O-S-U's Tom Borgerding reports many of the troops will monitor the presidential campaigns even as they begin their overseas service.
