Ohio Supreme Court Wants Interpreters for Hard of Hearing

The Ohio Supreme Court is telling judges across the state to offer interpreters to defendants and key witnesses who are deaf or hard of hearing.

The top court is also trying to help local judges figure out when interpreters should be brought in. Ohio Public Radio's Bill Cohen has the story.
