Bond was set this afternoon at $5 million for Canton police officer Bobby Cutts, Jr.

Cutts is accused of killing 26-year-old Jessie Davis and her unborn child. Their bodies were found Saturday, buried in the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The child was due July 3rd.

Authorities allege Cutts killed Davis on June 14th at Davis' home in Lake Township near Canton. 29-year-old Myisha Ferrell is also accused in the case. Bond was set for her at $500,000 on a charge of obstruction of justice.

Following Cutts' and Ferrell's ppearances in Stark County Court, Davis' mother and sister answered questions from reporters. Her mother, Patricia Porter says funeral arrangements for her daughter are pending as they wait for the body to be released. The Summitt County Coroner's office said earlier today that it will take weeks to determine Davis' cause of death.
