Strickland, Blackwell argue taxes, economic reform

The Democratic and Republican candidates for governor jousted for votes Monday at a large gathering sponsored by business advocates. More than 500 people turned out at a forum that was set up by several central Ohio chambers of commerce. Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen was there and filed this report.
