If convicted murderer Rocky Barton is executed on schedule July 12th. He will set a modern-day Ohio record for being put to death just a few years after the crime. Barton is on track to be executed quickly because he has refused to file court appeals at both the state and federal levels. That is leaving Barton's court-appointed lawyer and death penalty opponents in a quandary.
