Sex-abuse victims, families criticize new bill

A proposal aimed at helping victims who have been sexually abused by clergy is sparking an emotional debate in the statehouse. The full Ohio House of Representatives is scheduled to vote on the issue Wednesday, but many of the victims and their families are charging the measure has been "watered down". Statehouse correspondent Bill Cohen files this report.
