Prosecutors have filed a 53-count indictment against the coin dealer at the heart of the state's investment scandal. The charges filed against Tom Noe in Toledo includes theft, money laundering and forgery. Noe turned himself over to authorites at the Lucas County Courthouse Monday morning. He handled a 50 million dollar investment in rare coins for the state's injured workers fund. His attorney has acknowledged a shortfall of up to 13 mllion dollars, while the state attorney general has accused Noe of stealing up to six mllion. Today's charges wrap up a ten-month investigation by a team of state and federal prosecutors.
