The parents of suspected highway sniper Charles McCoy took the witness stand Monday afternoon.
Ardith McCoy took the stand first and told the jury that she found a handgun in the garage and found two shot guns in the house in her son's room.
Charles McCoy testified regarding guns found by his ex-wife and given to him. Prosecutors expect tomorrow to finish presenting their case against the 29-year-old Columbus resident. McCoy has pleaded innocent by reason of insanity.
