Ohio voter registration efforts begin final push

The deadline to register to vote in the November presidential election is October 4th, but campaigns to register new voters are already in high gear.

Both the Republican and Democratic party organizations are aiming to register tens of thousands of voters.

And, The non-partisan Project Vote, the nation's largest voter registration organization claims to have registered nearly 130,000 Ohioans.

Franklin County Board of Elections director Matthew Damschroder says the level of voter registration activity is unprecedented.
