- 2 cups firm tomatoes (like Roma or cherry) for best flavor and texture
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 – 1 1/2 cups sweet green peas

- 3/4 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheeses (cheddar or colby jack or mozzarella)
- 3-4 eggs

Assembly Tips
Use a clear glass bowl or trifle dish to show off the layers!
Lettuce: Rinsed, dried, and chopped (use a salad spinner for best results)
Adjust amount to fit your serving bowl – a little more than half a head for smaller bowls, full head for larger ones.
Diced Tomatoes, about 2 cups
Choose ripe, firm tomatoes (like Roma or cherry) for best flavor and texture.
Shredded Carrots: Adds color and crunch.
Sweet Green Peas
1 to 1½ cups Frozen peas work best – no need to cook, just thaw and pat dry.
Creamy Layer (the “seal”)
Spread gently across the top to “seal in” the freshness.
Shredded Cheese
About 1½ cups, Cheddar is classic, but feel free to mix in Colby Jack or mozzarella.
Chopped Eggs - 3–4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped or sliced
Bacon Bits
1/2 to 3/4 cup Real bacon bits or freshly cooked and crumbled bacon.
Chill for at least 2–3 hours (or overnight) for best flavor and texture.
Serve with a large spoon that reaches all layers.
