They say all good things must come to an end. This, however, is not an ending, but simply a transition.
I am blessed to have been able to make a career of the only thing I ever really wanted to do - make radio. It has afforded me the opportunity to interview incredibly talented musicians, make hundreds of friends, and share amazing music.
Beginning August 31, I am transitioning into a part time role here. The changes are more behind-the-scenes, as I will return to mornings on November 1, continue to host the ProMusica Chamber Orchestra radio series, and join them after performances for conversations with you and the musicians during “Coda.” I believe we have an exciting future here at Classical 101 and WOSU Public Media. I look forward to being a part of it.
I will be away from the airwaves during September and October, but return on November 1.
I am grateful for every minute of my time here and thank all who had a hand in making this one of the finest places I could ever have worked.
