Rarely does a conversation about music with David Danzmayr not turn to Mozart.  Being from Austria, that certainly isn't surprising.  If you grow up in Norway, you will certainly learn about Edvard Grieg.  Poland?  Chopin.  Russia?  Tchaikovsky.  Germany?  Bach.
