North Korea's missile launch April 13 has caused plans for a U.S. tour by a North Korean orchestra to be set aside, according to a Reuters report. The National Symphony Orchestra of North Korea's tour, originally scheduled for February 2012, was delayed in the aftermath of the death of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il and rescheduled for May. In response to North Korea's launch earlier this month of a long-range missile, Robert Springs, founder of the U.S.- based Global Resource Services and a principal organizer of the tour, has delayed tour plans once again until "the time is right" for the orchestra to visit the U.S. Read more: North Korean Symphony Orchestra's U.S. Trip On Hold (Reuters)
