Plans to bring the National Symphony Orchestra of North Korea on a tour of the U.S. are moving forward, according to a report in the Washington Post. The tour had been slated to take place last month, but planning stalled in the aftermath of the death last December of North Korean leader Kim Jong Il. Robert Springs, the founder of the Atlanta-based nonprofit organization Global Resource Services, proposed the idea for the tour, which could happen as early as this spring. Read more:
