The Dancing Conductor

Here's a recent performance of Leonard Bernstein's Candide at the Vienna Volksoper, halfway up the Mariahilferstrasse. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SJU0lC3iHaY If Handel could scream and curse at his forces (in German),  if Toscanini could sing along and cry when Mimi dies, if Sarah Caldwell could fall asleep (don't ask) then Mr. Olefirowicz can certainly dance and carry on. This is what I call connected to the music. What's not to love? Thanks to Jimmy M for posting this.
