I know you know the Hoe-Down from Aaron Copland's Rodeo. It's the music for the beef commercial from many years ago. You might call that old commercial the first music video, of sorts, for Copland's Hoe-Down. Jennifer performed with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and the Civic Orchestra of Chicago before earning a Ph.D. in musicology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
