Fermenting to the Music

Austrian winemaker Markus Bachmann's is the inventor of a wine-fermenting stereo speaker that infuses his libations-in-progress with music. A former horn player, Bachmann has said in interviews that he thinks the sound waves stimulate the yeast, which helps the wine develop its flavor sooner. We're not sure about the validity of the science behind this, but Bachmann argues that classically "trained" wine is best.
