Fifty years go, hundreds of thousands gathered for The March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom.  And fifty years later, minorities still face disproportionately high unemployment.  A new biography of the March highlights the innumerable contributions of a trade union leader who fought workplace discrimination and engineered the protest.
